How to make a complaint

If you have a complaint or a concern about the service you have received from the doctor or any of the staff working in this practice then we would like to know about it. We operate a practice complaints procedure which follows the principles of the NHS Complaints procedure. Please click here for our policy and procedure and here for the form.
