Cervical Smears

We recommend that women aged 24½-50 should have a cervical smear every three years and five yearly from the age of 50 until 60 years old. You will be informed by post or text when your smear is due. Please make an appointment with one of the practice nurses for this.

Childhood Immunisations

Once you and your baby have had a six-week check-up your baby will require the following immunisations. This will take place within the GP surgery by a Practice Nurse trained in Childhood immunisations. Appointments are normally take about 20 minutes. Please remember to bring your red book with you.

If you have any questions about the immunisations the Nurse will be able to support you
