Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is undertaking a review of some regularly prescribed medicines.

As part of this work, certain patients may experience a change to the brand or type of their usual medication. These changes are being made to ensure prescribing is safe, effective, and sustainable across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

If your medication is affected, a clinician will contact you directly. They will explain the change and provide any necessary advice.

Please be assured that there is no action required from you. Continue taking your medication as prescribed.
